Our Scholars

The Cal-Bridge program has always placed cohort-building and a sense of community at the heart of the program, and it undergirds everything we do. Placing emphasis on specific events and activities throughout the year has further deepened the sense of community so that it has become one of the main defining characteristics of the program as well as one of the most impactful aspects of each scholar’s journey. Along with the mentorship, the sense of community is one of the top benefits that alumni consistently mention about the program. This has led scholars to give back in turn, as numerous scholars, both doctoral and undergraduate, are now part of and even lead Cal-Bridge committees and workshops.
