Description: An on-line learning community which investigates how learning works and presents inclusive teaching and learning strategies that can be implemented in current roles and future careers. Participants gain a solid understanding of how people learn to help them become better communicators of research and more effective leaders. There are opportunities to practice and utilize strategies in a context that best supports individual career goals, including guided teaching, formal and informal science communication, and outreach experiences.
