Topological Materials for Quantum Applications

Professor: Jing Xia

Description: The project aims at discovering and investigations of quantum materials who properties are useful for quantum computing and sending. In particular, we plan to study superconductors and magnets with topological electronic structures using advanced optical, magnetic, and electrical probes. If time allows, we will explore device applications of these materials.

Preferred Qualifications: Python, Labview, electronics circuitry, fiber and free space optics
