Communication Network for a Chiplet-based Heterogeneous Integration System

Description: This project aims to identify the constraints and specifications of the communication network that is required for a chiplet-based wafer-scale heterogeneous integration system. We will study the bandwidth and energy requirements and compare different communication modes. Compute-memory communication is critically important, as well as developing suitable communication protocols.
